Will it work across Vietnam, north to south?
Yes. The plans work the length of the country, from Hanoi and Ha Long Bay down through Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City. Vinaphone and Viettel Mobile have wide reach, though mountainous and rural areas can be weaker.
